Aviation marketing services

Audiovisual production and aircraft photography

The quality of your service has to show from the first click. We produce photography and video of aircraft, hangars and operations with an eye that understands aviation from the inside.

Helicopter in a hangar during aviation audiovisual production

Backed by the experience of Pilotos de Argentina

What we produce

  • Aircraft and fleet photo sessions.
  • Institutional and operations video.
  • Technical content for social and web.
  • Coverage of events and aviation trade shows.
  • Material for advertising campaigns.

Photography and video on the ground and in the air

We produce both on the ground and in flight, depending on what the operation needs to show. Hangar and shop material communicates technical capability; air-to-air communicates the result and the scale of the operation.

Each type of production carries different logistics: a fleet session on the ramp is coordinated with airport operations, while an air-to-air shoot requires flight planning, a platform aircraft and the right light window.

  • Fleet sessions on the ramp and in the hangar.
  • Air-to-air production and in-flight footage.
  • Documentation of operations, shop work and technical processes.
  • Portraits of instructors, technicians and crews.
  • Timelapse and documentation of maintenance work.

Aviation judgment in the production

The difference isn't only the gear, it's knowing what to show. An angle that hides the registration when appropriate, a frame that highlights upgraded avionics, a shot that shows the real state of the hangar: these are decisions you only make if you know the sector.

What we don't do matters too: we don't show incorrect configurations, misrepresented procedures, or situations a technical eye would read as unprofessional. That care is part of the service.

Coordination and operational safety

Every production is coordinated with the site's operations: permits, access, time windows and restricted areas. The production adapts to the operation, never the other way around.

We work from a prior briefing that defines the shot list, timings and logistics, so the production day doesn't interfere with the base's normal activity or with aircraft availability.

From footage to analytics

Producing material without knowing what it does isn't an investment, it's an expense. When the material feeds campaigns, we measure which pieces generate real inquiries and which only generate views.

That lets the next production focus on what already proved to work, instead of repeating the same type of content out of habit.

Frequently asked questions

Do you travel for productions?
Yes. We coordinate productions at airports and bases across Argentina, and evaluate international projects. Logistics and timing are defined in the prior briefing.
Do you shoot air-to-air?
Yes. It requires specific planning: a platform aircraft, flight coordination between both aircraft, and a suitable light window. It's the most complex production to coordinate and also the one that delivers the highest-impact material.
How long does a production day take?
A ground fleet session is usually resolved in half a day or a full day depending on the number of aircraft. In-flight productions depend on the weather window and operational availability.
Will the production interfere with the base's operations?
It shouldn't, and we work to make sure it doesn't. We coordinate permits, access and schedules with the site's operations, and adapt the production to the available windows and restricted areas.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Weather-dependent segments get rescheduled. Planning includes backup dates for in-flight or exterior shots, and we prioritize hangar or shop material when the window doesn't open.
Can I use the material in advertising?
Yes. We produce material specifically designed for campaigns when that's the goal, in the formats and aspect ratios each platform requires.
Who owns the material produced?
The material produced is for your company's use as agreed in the project. Usage scope, terms and channels are defined in writing before the production.
Does it include editing and post-production?
Yes. We deliver the material edited and color-graded, in the formats you need for web, social and campaigns. Editing is part of the service, not an add-on.
Can you work with material I already have?
Yes. Many operations have years of unused photo or video archive. We can review it, select what's usable and edit it, which sometimes covers a good part of the need without a new production.
Do you cover sector events and trade shows?
Yes. We provide presence, audiovisual coverage and distribution at leading international trade shows, expos and airshows, with material ready to publish during the event.
Do the aircraft need to be spotless for the shoot?
It helps, and it's part of the planning. In the briefing we define which aircraft appear and in what condition, and coordinate washing or prep in advance. Producing on material that doesn't represent your operational standard isn't worth it.
Can the return on a production be measured?
When the material feeds campaigns or social, yes. We measure which pieces generate inquiries rather than just views, and use that to guide the next production.
